Job summary

Dhanak Jewels, a member of the Parekh Group, is seeking an experienced Accounts, Inventory & Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting, stock control and operational workflows for a growing jewellery business in Mumbai.

You will lead Tally-based accounting, GST compliance, MIS reporting and inventory movement, coordinating with management, suppliers and artisans to ensure accurate records and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts, finance, inventory or operations.
• Hands-on with Tally and Excel essential.
• Knowledge of GST and bookkeeping required.
• Inventory/stock management experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and daily entries in Tally.
• Manage sales, purchases, expenses, and accounts with vendors/customers.
• Handle GST returns, reconciliation, and CA coordination.
• Prepare Excel/MIS reports and monthly summaries.
• Track inventory, stock movement and reconciliation.
• Prepare and manage invoices and related documents.
• Analyze sales trends and identify fast/slow movers.
• Prepare monthly business and operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, artisans and stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
• Handle day-to-day operations and admin tasks.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts, Inventory & Operations Manager to manage end-to-end accounting, inventory and operational activities for a growing jewellery business. The role will work closely with the management and requires strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST, Excel, inventory management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Manage sales, purchases, expenses, customer and vendor accounts.
• Handle GST returns, reconciliation and coordination with CA.
• Prepare and maintain Excel/MIS reports and monthly financial summaries.
• Manage inventory records, stock movement and stock reconciliation.
• Track production and movement of items across stock, customers, suppliers and artisans.
• Prepare and manage sales/purchase invoices and related documentation.
• Analyse sales trends and identify fast-moving and slow-moving items.
• Prepare monthly business and operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, artisans and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Handle day-to-day operational and administrative activities as required.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
