The role requires ownership of statutory filings and treasury activities, working closely with management and external auditors to ensure robust controls.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and cash flow, while coordinating GST, TDS, and income tax compliance and maintaining strong records

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Experience coordinating statutory audits and tax audits.
• Ability to manage day-to-day finance activities and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and MCA/ROC filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate statutory audits and tax audits.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Handle MCA / ROC compliance and filings.
• Manage bank activities, working capital and cash flow.

The Assistant Manager – Finance will play an important role in managing and strengthening the organization's finance and accounting activities.The position involves a combination of financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audit coordination, treasury, banking, working capital management, inventory-related finance and internal controls.The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of finance and accounting and should be comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities rather than working only in a support or theoretical capacity.The candidate will work closely with management, internal teams, statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, financial institutions and other external professionals.
