Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Order to Cash, cash application preferred.

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit various types of accounts receivable transactions.
• Coordinate with Site leads to update Description & Services period details.
• Prepare billing templates and coordinate with client for collections.
• Create vendor payment batches based on client collections received.
• Download remittances and share with the site team on a timely basis.
• Prepare and analyze reports using Excel as needed.
