Join us and help run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Transfer Pricing ManagerJob SummaryAs a member of transfer pricing (TP) subject matter experts’ team, you will support and manage transfer pricing compliance, documentation, for ABB entities across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires close collaboration with global and local tax teams, business stakeholders, finance functions, and external advisors to ensure efficient and compliant transfer pricing operations while driving continuous process improvements.Main accountabilitiesPrepare and maintain transfer pricing compliance deliverables, including Local Files, Master Files, TP forms, and supporting analyses for ABB entities.Support global transfer pricing initiatives, including benchmarking studies, policy implementation, documentation standardization, and business-specific projects.Assist in transfer pricing audits, controversy matters, and tax authority inquiries in collaboration with global and local tax teams.Partner with business, finance, accounting, tax stakeholders, and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate TP compliance.Maintain robust documentation, audit trails, SOPs, and governance frameworks to support compliance and audit readiness.Drive process improvements through standardization, automation, digitalization, and data quality enhancements.Promote knowledge sharing, stakeholder training, and awareness of OECD guidelines and evolving transfer pricing regulations while serving as a trusted TP business partner.Qualification for the roleMaster’s/bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field requiredGood understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing guidelinesExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Hands-on experience on global databases (e.g., Orbis) for benchmarking studiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a global environment3 to 5 years of experience in transfer pricing within a multinational corporation, Big Four accounting firm, or tax advisory environment.Experience supporting global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking studies, and tax auditsMore about usABB Finance is a trusted partner to the business and a world-class team who delivers forward-looking insights that drive sustainable long-term results and operates with the highest standards.
