Dover is seeking a responsible Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations with 2–3 years of experience.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, GST/TDS handling, financial reporting, and Excel proficiency. Ideal candidate will coordinate payroll and maintain compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and bookkeeping.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor/customer payment tracking.
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and expense verification.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and company expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and employee reimbursement records with HR.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with management, banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and external consultants.
• Ensure timely payments, collections, financial reporting, and compliance deadlines.
