Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Oversee TDS and GST data preparation, filings and tax ledgers.
• Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, revenue recognition and reconciliations.
• Finalize monthly books, perform month-end closes, and prepare financial statements with variance analysis.

We're Hiring: Senior Manager (Finance)!

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, monthly reporting, and financial governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong foundational accounting knowledge, expertise in software tools, and demonstrated experience in leading a team and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Taxation & Compliance: Oversee TDS and GST data preparation, monthly/quarterly return filings, tax ledger reconciliations, and overall compliance with statutory mandates including Income Tax and Companies Act.

• Billing, Invoicing & Reconciliation: Manage end-to-end billing, timely invoicing, revenue recognition, and regular account reconciliations to ensure complete accuracy and eliminate revenue leakages.

• Financial Reporting & Books of Accounts: Review and finalize monthly books of accounts, conduct month-end closes, and prepare accurate financial statements with variance analysis.

• Audit Management: Lead internal, statutory, and regulatory audits end to end, ensuring accurate data preparation, documentation, and query resolution.

• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Direct, mentor, and manage the finance team while acting as the main point of contact for internal teams (KAM, BD, Ops, HR, Tech, Legal) and external auditors/vendors.

• Process & Controls: Ensure strict adherence to core accounting principles (golden rules of accounting) and drive continuous process improvements and automation in Tally and Excel.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Qualification: CA (Qualified / Semi-Qualified), MBA in Finance, or M.Com.

• Experience: 6–10+ years of progressive experience in core finance, accounting, taxation, and team management.

• Technical Software: Mandatory, daily hands-on operational expertise in Tally along with high proficiency in MS Excel.

• Core Accounting & Tax: Deep working knowledge of the golden rules of accounting, GST & TDS regulations, return filing, and audit procedures.

• Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong team-handling capabilities
