Job summary

ANS IT India Pvt. Ltd. in Surat seeks a Finance Manager to own the company’s books, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver accurate reporting. You will manage accounting, statutory filings, cash flow and liquidity planning while guiding a growing accounts team.

Reporting to the Director, you will lead month-end closes, financial statements, MIS dashboards and budgeting processes, aligning governance with business objectives and scalable finance operations across India.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own books of accounts, financial reporting and month-end close.
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, professional tax and ROC).
• Manage cash flow, working capital and liquidity planning.
• Oversee receivables and payables and drive timely collections.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS and dashboards.
• Manage banking relationships, audits and filings.
• Develop and mentor the accounts team.

Job description

The Finance Manager owns the financial health, compliance and reporting of ANS IT India. Reporting to the Director, this role manages accounting, statutory compliance, cash flow, receivables and payables — ensuring accurate books, healthy liquidity and full regulatory adherence as the company scales.

Experience Required

8+ years in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years in a finance leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company’s books of accounts, financial reporting and month-end close.
• Ensure full statutory compliance — GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, professional tax and ROC filings.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and liquidity planning.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, driving timely collections and disciplined payments.
• Manage billing and revenue recognition in line with company policy (bank-realized basis).
• Prepare financial statements, MIS and management dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage banking relationships, audits and statutory filings.
• Develop and mentor the accounts team.
• Report financial performance and risks to the Director.
• Strong command of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance
• Cash flow, working-capital and financial-planning expertise
• Proficiency with accounting systems, Zoho Books preferred
