Job summary

ZeOmega is looking for an Associate Manager - Finance to lead financial reporting, ensure accounting standards compliance, and support audits. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate financial information for business decisions.

Key responsibilities include annual statements, month-end close, GL review, regulatory compliance, audit coordination, management reporting, budgeting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• B.com/M.com with CA-Inter and 3 years of articles completed.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounts/finance/audit/finalisation/preparation of financials.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and India GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Review general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits and resolve audit observations timely.
• Analyse financial data and prepare management reports, variance analyses, and MIS reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.
• Monthly review of accounting and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of GST and Income Tax, ITC reconciliations and other compliances.
• Budgeting and forecasting, monthly analysis.
• Experience with NetSuite/SAP/Salesforce/Jira/Zoho CRM.
• EPM/ NSPB (NetSuite planning and budgeting).
• Advanced Excel and integration with AI tools related to finance functions.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial information and support business decision-making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Review general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
• Analyse financial data and prepare management reports, variance analyses, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting policies, and company procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.
• Monthly review of accounting and reconciliations
• Knowledge/experience of Company compliances, annual filings etc.,
• Knowledge of GST and Income Tax, ITC reconciliations and other compliances.
• Budget and forecasting, monthly analysis
• Good demonstrable experience in NetSuite/ SAP/ Salesforce, Jira, Zoho CRM
• EPM (Enterprise performance management)/ NSPB (NetSuite planning and budgeting)

Experience and Education Qualifications

• B.com/M.com with CA - Inter with 3 years of article ship completion.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounts/finance/audit/finalisation/preparation of financials statements
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and India GAAP
