Job summary

SS Consulting Kochi is recruiting on behalf of a client in Ajman, Dubai, for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a food manufacturing and trading business. The role requires Chartered Accountant qualification with 10-15 years post-CA experience.

Key responsibilities include leading finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and working capital management, along with UAE VAT, corporate tax, audits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• Strong corporate finance and financial control background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance function for a food manufacturing and trading business.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Drive costing, inventory control and working capital management.
• Ensure UAE VAT, corporate tax, audits and statutory compliance; mentor finance teams.
• Partner with business to enable cost optimisation and commercial decision making.

We are hiring for our client in Ajman, Dubai.

Experience: 10-15 years post-CA qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced, commercially focused Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a food manufacturing and trading business.

Key Requirements:

• Strong corporate finance experience; the last 8-10 years must be with corporate companies, not audit firms.
• Preferred background in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Trading, Distribution or Consumer Goods.
• Expertise in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing/product costing, inventory control and working capital management.
• Experience in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, audits and statutory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and manage finance teams.
• Good ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Looking for a finance leader who combines strong financial controls with commercial insight, cost optimisation and business partnering.
