Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions on-site. The role requires CA qualification and 5–6 years of experience in a Top 10 accounting firm, with prior UAE/GCC exposure preferred.

You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, VAT and taxation compliance, audits, and internal controls. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proficiency with ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, corporate tax, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Review internal controls and implement process improvements for efficient financial operations.
• Support business decision-making through financial analysis, MIS, and reporting.
• Manage team performance and ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.
