Job summary

Daiviksoft Technologies Private Limited in Kerala is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, cash flow, compliance, and support strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will lead the finance team, coordinate with auditors and banks, ensure statutory filings, and drive cost efficiency through strong financial controls and analytics. A relevant degree and professional qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• CA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA Finance qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective utilization of company funds.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting activities.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.
