Job description

We are looking for a qualified finance professional to join us as Finance Manager. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of financial compliance, cash flow management, vendor payment cycles, and internal financial operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can blend strategy with execution, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliance — GST, TDS, ROC filings, Income Tax, and all other applicable obligations
  • Lead cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working capital management to support smooth business operations
  • Oversee vendor payment processes, including negotiation and monitoring of credit terms
  • Maintain an accurate payables tracker, ensure timely payments, and manage vendor relationships
  • Supervise invoicing, reimbursements, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations
  • Liaise with external auditors, Chartered Accountants, and consultants for audits, filings, and due diligence
  • Generate monthly and quarterly MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial dashboards
  • Build, implement, and continuously improve internal financial systems and processes
Requirements
  • Drive and execute end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliance activities, including GST, TDS, ROC filings, and Income Tax, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external consultants
  • Prepare, monitor, and actively manage cash flow forecasts, budgets, and working capital requirements to ensure optimal utilization of funds
  • Manage vendor payment processes — review payables, negotiate payment terms, optimize credit periods, and ensure timely settlement of dues
  • Maintain and regularly update the accounts payable tracker; reconcile outstanding balances, resolve vendor queries, and build strong vendor relationships
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations including invoicing, expense reimbursements, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, and accounting entries.
Job Description
  • Work closely with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors to facilitate audits, statutory filings, assessments, and due diligence
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, P&L statements, cash flow reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve financial controls, systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with team members on routine and strategic finance activities, providing guidance while remaining hands-on with execution
  • Take ownership of finance projects and process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and measurable business impact.
