• Excellent Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting software.

• Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations
• Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and financial reporting
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Manage GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit requirements
• Coordinate with CA firms, auditors and tax consultants
• Handle MIS, budgeting, cash-flow management and financial analysis
• Establish and maintain strong accounting processes and controls
• Review the work of junior finance team members and ensure accuracy
• Work closely with senior stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong experience in a CA firm / accounting firm / audit firm.
• Experience handling accounting and finance activities for multiple clients/businesses is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage finance operations.
• Good communication and team management skills.
