Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance function including accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash flow management.
• Build robust MIS and business dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial controls, SOPs and governance frameworks as the business scales.
• Partner with founders on pricing, profitability and business planning.
• Work with operations, supply chain, procurement and sales teams to improve margins and working capital.
• Manage audits, statutory compliance, banking relationships and treasury.
• Support fundraising, investor reporting and financial due diligence when required.
• Build, mentor and scale the finance team over time.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• 8 – 12 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in a D2C food, FMCG or consumer products company is essential.
• Strong exposure to business finance, FP&A, accounting, taxation and commercial finance.
• Experience working in a high‑growth or founder‑led organisation will be highly preferred.
• Strong analytical ability with excellent business partnering skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
