Lifenity Health Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Finance Head to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and controls for healthcare projects.

You will oversee accounting, reporting, cash flow management and statutory compliance while guiding a robust finance team to ensure accurate MIS and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in healthcare/hospital finance or project finance with team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control for the project.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, revenue, receivables, payables and project-level financial records.
• Monitor cash flow, banking operations and centre cash controls, including reconciliation and timely deposits.
• Oversee vendor payments, procurement-related financial controls and coordination with Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Manage payroll-related finance coordination, taxation, statutory payments and other financial obligations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, statutory and financial requirements and coordinate with auditors for internal/statutory audits.
• Establish and monitor financial controls, approval processes and risk management to prevent errors, leakage and financial irregularities.
• Monitor project/entity-wise financial performance, budgets, actuals, variances and profitability.
• Oversee fixed assets, financial records and required documentation.
• Prepare and review financial MIS, management reports, cash flow statements and variance analysis for decision-making.
• Provide financial inputs for business plans, procurement decisions, contracts, operational initiatives and resource allocation.
• Lead and guide the Finance/Accounts team and ensure timely closure of financial activities.
• Drive process improvements, automation and stronger financial controls across the project.

Qualification & Experience:

• CA or equivalent finance qualification.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, hospital, healthcare services or project finance, with team leadership experience.
