The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, strong expertise in financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and ERP systems, and a track record of team leadership within healthcare. Compensation is market-competitive and relocation may be considered.

• Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting software skills

Responsibilities

• Manage complete finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, financial statements, and MIS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and cost optimisation.
• Manage accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Oversee financial controls and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with operational teams and management for financial planning.
