Job summary

Associated Broadcasting is seeking a Finance Operations professional to manage daily MIS for billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue data. You will verify invoice details, maintain ageing summaries, and coordinate with customers, agencies, and branches for clarifications and copies.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, attention to detail, and strong MS Excel proficiency to support audit-ready reporting and finance operations.

Qualifications

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com or relevant Finance/Commerce qualification.
• 2+4 years of experience in Billing, Revenue MIS, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS preparation.
• Understanding invoicing, ageing, and reconciliation processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Prepare and update daily MIS related to billing, invoices, collections, outstanding and revenue data.
• Support verification of invoice, RO, client, agency and billing-related data before processing or reporting.
• Update debtor/outstanding and ageing details for review and follow-up.
• Support follow-up with customers, agencies and branches for invoice copies, billing clarifications, outstanding details and pending information.
• Maintain billing, invoice, RO, debtor and customer communication records.
• Provide required data for review and audit support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com or relevant Finance/Commerce qualification.
• 24 years of relevant experience in Billing, Revenue MIS, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations or similar roles.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS preparation.
• Understanding of invoicing, outstanding/ageing and reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Experience in Media / Advertising / Broadcasting will be an added advantage.
