Job summary

Aurum Facility Management Private Limited in Navi Mumbai invites a Real Estate Finance Analyst to build and refine cash flow models, support business planning, and report key financial metrics.

You will analyze risks, conduct scenario analyses, prepare monthly MIS, and coordinate with internal teams and banks to facilitate fundraising and investment decisions.

Job description

• Build real estate financial models based on available industry-specific operating metrics.
• Support in development of business plan & strategy.
• Ensure the accuracy of the new models while enhancing the quality of the existing models.
• Identify and report key financial as well as non-financial risks.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis with the intent to support investment activities.
• Prepare monthly reports and track the records through MIS.
• Assist in fund-raising activities like documentation, legal, financial and technical due diligence.
• Develop Business analysis and data recording system across various departments.
• Prepare Strategic Real Estate business data model for feasibility of a projects.
• Provide CMA data for fund raising and credit rating agencies.
• Prepare cash flow project wise, cost budgeting and monthly MIS.
• Assist various departments, including marketing and sales, to achieve their goals through analysis.
• Analysis of Cash Flow, MIS reports, Cost Analysis, Payment Analysis, Receivable Analysis.
• Prepare Deck for Board of Director and Financial Institutions.
• Facilitated external communication with rating agencies and banks, providing financial data and insights in a clear, constructive manner to support effective fundraising efforts.
• Monitor data to identify and analyze changes in financial and business trends, enabling proactive decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Specification

• Previous working experience in Finance - 2+Years
• Real Estate background is a must
• Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, due diligence process, liaising with banks and financial institutions
