Job summary

Ultraviolette Automotive Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage collections, invoice generation, payment verification, and daily cash closing.

You will oversee billing for vehicles and accessories, reconcile stock and inventory, verify GRNs and purchase documents, and prepare monthly reports in coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams. The role supports month-end processes, ensures adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements, and requires

• Manage customer collections and issue receipts.
• Daily accounting for COCO store sales in Odoo.
• Prepare billing and invoices for vehicles, accessories and merchandise.
• Verify payments and documents before invoicing.
• Reconcile vehicle, accessory and merchandise stock.
• Verify material receipts against POs, challans and GRNs.
• Maintain and reconcile customer RTO/Registration and Insurance balances.
• Process and account for refunds and excess payments.
• Daily cash closing and reconciliation with banks and gateways.
• Prepare collection, billing, refund, and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Insurance, RTO and Delivery teams.
• Support month-end closings, audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, controls and audits.

• Verification of customer payments and supporting documents prior to invoicegeneration.
  
• Reconciliation of vehicle stock, accessories, and merchandise inventory.
  
• Verification of material receipts against purchase documents, delivery challans,GRNs, and system records.
  
• Maintenance and reconciliation of customer-wise RTO/Registration and Insurancebalances.
  
• Processing and accounting of customer refunds, cancellation refunds, and excesspayment refunds.
  
• Daily cash closing and reconciliation with bank and payment gatewaytransactions.
  
• Preparation of collection, billing, refund, and reconciliation reports.
  
• Coordination with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams.
  
• Support during month-end closing, audits, and financial reconciliations.
