Job Description: Finance Executive (1-2 Years Experience)

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Executive with 1-2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting and invoicing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliances, reconciliations, and good working skills in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting and invoicing processes
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Manage payment follow‑ups and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Assist in budget preparation, tracking, and variance analysis
• Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and returns
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Work on accounting tools/software for daily financial operations
• Prepare MIS reports using Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles
• Good knowledge of GST & TDS compliance
• Hands‑on experience with accounting tools/software
