Role: Finance Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Min 4 years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, and support during book closures. A strong command of Excel and a working knowledge of ISD (Input Service Distributor) accounting is a definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Posting and processing of AP & AR entries
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts
  • Knowledge of ISD accounting is an added advantage
• GST Compliance
  • Filing of GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-6 (for ISD, if applicable)
  • Preparation and reconciliation of input/output GST
  • Handling vendor reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• TDS Compliance
  • Timely deduction and deposit of TDS
  • Filing of quarterly TDS returns
  • Passing necessary TDS-related accounting entries
• Audit & Book Closure
  • Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation
  • Assisting with statutory, internal, and tax audits
  • Supporting the finance team during monthly and annual book closures
• Data Management & Reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel for managing large volumes of financial data
  • Preparation of MIS reports as required

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field
• CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com will be an added advantage
