Job summary

ECS | Enterprise Change Specialists seeks a Senior Accountant / Finance Executive to oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll and financial reporting. The candidate should bring strong financial management expertise, knowledge of statutory compliances in India and experience with accounting software, preferably in IT companies.

Key responsibilities include accurate financial statement preparation, cash and bank reconciliation, and coordination of audits to finalize annual reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience with 3+ years in sales-driven or service-based org.
• Strong GAAP and statutory compliance knowledge in India (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, IT).
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, ZOHO, or ERP accounting software.
• Expertise in financial statement prep, cash management, reconciliations.
• Experience in AP, AR, payroll processing and tax filings.
• Strong reporting, budgeting and data analysis skills.
• Ability to coordinate audits and finalize annual financial reports.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance Executive to manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliances, and accounting software, with a preference for experience in IT companies.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

• 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a sales-driven or service-based organization.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory compliances in India (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax).
• Hands-on experience in accounting software (QuickBooks, ZOHO, or ERP systems).
• Expertise in financial statement preparation, cash management, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate audits and finalize annual financial reports.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)

• Experience handling service exports and offshore accounting.
• Knowledge of insurance policy negotiations and loss control measures.
• Ability to maintain professional banking relationships and manage credit lines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA/M.Com. in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in a relevant accounting/finance function.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
