Job summary

Solgram, a Gurugram-based premium grocery startup, seeks a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, tax filings and financial operations. Based in Gurugram, the role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS and Tally Prime.

You will maintain books, coordinate with auditors and ensure timely regulatory filings. The candidate should be detail-oriented and proficient in Excel/Sheets to support MIS and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting, taxation, GST and financial operations experience.
• Proficient GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on with Tally Prime or similar software.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Attention to detail and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers and daily financial transactions.
• Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), ITC reconciliation, TDS and applicable tax filings.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations and support monthly book closure.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, customer receipts and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain expense records, invoices, payment proofs and statutory documentation.
• Prepare basic financial reports, expense summaries and MIS.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely compliance.
• Track filing deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.
