Job description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the Finance department. This role will involve a broad range of responsibilities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking financial performance against targets.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations, and assist in audit preparation and execution.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support & Reporting: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for various departments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
