Job summary

Moving Tech (Namma Yatri) is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting, invoicing, vendor payments, and statutory compliance in Bengaluru. You will manage books and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience with GST/TDS and Zoho software, with a 1+ year background in finance or accounting. Strong MS Excel skills and proactive ownership will help drive timely MIS reports and financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in finance/accounting roles.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Experience with Zoho software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and book keeping.
• Handle invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and MIS reports.
• Support preparation of Balance Sheet and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Work on accounting software such as Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite.

About the Role
