Job summary

One Mobility Group is seeking an Executive – Finance to join its global finance team in Pune, India. The role covers reconciliation, audits, statutory filings, and balance sheet finalization within a multinational mobility solutions environment.

You will support bank relations, tax compliance, payroll processing, and treasury activities while coordinating with group entities across regions. A finance degree with SAP and MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge in finance and accounting practices.
• Ability to manage audits, tax compliance and statutory filings.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendors and customers; obtain balance confirmations from group entities and external vendors.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits.
• Handle Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax audits and related filings.
• Assist in finalization of balance sheet and financial statements.
• Prepare and present statutory books and annual returns; ensure accounting standards compliance.
• Coordinate with banks and government authorities; support payroll and treasury tasks.

Your tasks:

• Reconciliation of Vendors & customers. Obtaining balance confirmation from group company & external vendors.
• Handling Internal & Statutory Audit
• Handling Income Tax Audit , VAT Audit, Service Tax Audit
• Assist in Finalization of Balance Sheet
• Assisting in Weekly Updating of bank balances in TM5
• Ensuring timely filing of TDS, Income Tax, PF, GST returns
• Managing the timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts, financial statement annual returns, ensuring compliance of accounting standards
• Liaising with bank and governments
• Assisting in monthly closing of books of accounts
• Timely payments of vendors & suppliers. Processing import payments
• Regularization of Bill of entries against import
• Checking and passing of payroll entries in SAP. Processing the salary payments
• Handling Export regularization
