CIBOS Techno Solutions is seeking a hands-on Finance & Accounts professional to own day-to-day accounting and build lightweight financial reporting as we scale. You will be the primary owner of our books, cash position, and financial visibility for the founders.
Responsibilities include managing end-to-end bookkeeping, tracking cash flow, and building MIS dashboards. You will coordinate with external CAs/auditors for GST, TDS, and other filings, and assist with budgeting and basic projections.
CIBOS is looking for a hands‑on Finance & Accounts professional to own day‑to‑day accounting and build out lightweight financial reporting as we scale. This is a foundational finance hire for a growing hardware startup you'll be the primary owner of our books, cash position, and financial visibility for the founders.
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting (invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, statutory compliance)
Track and report cash flow on a regular cadence, flagging runway and working‑capital issues early
Build and maintain basic MIS reports/dashboards for founders and investors (revenue, expenses, burn, margins)
Support monthly/quarterly closing and coordinate with external CAs/auditors for GST, TDS, and other filings
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking across product lines, and basic financial projections
Bring structure and process to finance operations as the company scales
3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally with some exposure to a startup or small/fast-growing company
Solid grasp of core accounting principles, GST/TDS compliance, and cash flow management
Working knowledge of MIS reporting and basic financial projections/modeling
Comfortable working with lean systems and evolving processes (not a heavily structured, large‑company environment)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and standard accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
Prior startup experience strongly preferred — understands how finance functions in a resource‑constrained, fast‑moving environment
