A fast-growing SaaS startup in Bengaluru is looking for a Finance Associate to support their financial operations and decision-making. In this role, you'll manage daily accounting and bookkeeping, track business metrics, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations. Ideal candidates should have strong accounting skills, a good grasp of budgeting and forecast processes, and familiarity with SaaS metrics like MRR and ARR. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with company founders and leadership.

Formación

The Finance Associate will support financial operations and decision-making for a fast-growing SaaS startup. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting, tracking business metrics, preparing financial reports, and ensuring financial discipline. The position requires close collaboration with founders and leadership to monitor SaaS-specific metrics and maintain statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Track revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Monitor SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV
• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with external CA and auditors
