Job summary

REHVI Group in Mumbai seeks a Finance Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, compliance and financial reporting. You will partner with senior leadership to drive financial discipline and transparent reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities include annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, GST/Ind AS compliance, monthly/quarterly/annual statements, cash flow management, ERP implementation, and liaison with auditors and advisors. CA with 5–12 years post-qualification is expected.

Qualifications

• CA with 5-12 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience in real estate or hospitality finance preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

To lead the financial management function of Rehvi Group by ensuring robust budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting processes. The Finance Controller will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving financial discipline and transparency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with business strategy.
• Monitor variances and provide actionable insights to management.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC filings, Ind AS).
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit readiness.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Deliver MIS reports for management and board review.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Oversee liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Optimize treasury operations to support business growth.

Process Improvement

• Implement ERP/finance systems and strengthen reporting frameworks.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy in compliance and financial processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and senior leadership.
• Provide clear, timely financial insights for decisionmaking.

Candidate Profile

• CA with 612 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in real estate or hospitality finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
