Job Description

• Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Implement and monitor financial procedures, SOPs, and internal audit controls.
• Track and control expenses (Food, Liquor, Consumables, IT, Rentals, CAM, Utilities, Renovations).
• Monitor & forecast revenues/costs for business expansion, site selection, and outlet profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, BS, MIS) for management decision-making.
• Ensure statutory compliance with VAT, GST, PF, TDS, ESIC, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with CAs/consultants for financial matters. Ensure timely vendor, partner, and statutory payments.
• Supervise collections, credit control, and recovery efforts.
