Job summary

Oriflamme Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a Finance Controller with CA qualification and 8–10 years of experience to lead finance operations from Andheri (W).

You will oversee accounting, R2R, taxation, treasury and internal controls, ensuring accurate monthly closes, statutory reporting and timely MIS deliverables for management.

The role is on-site in Mumbai with a competitive fixed salary of 15–20 LPA and opportunities to drive financial planning and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Experience in treasury, tax, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead accounts teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books.
• Lead monthly close and timely reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle general ledger, journals, accruals and inter-company accounting.
• Ensure GST, TDS, income tax compliance and coordinate audits.
• Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.

Job responsibility

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Manage and review day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Lead monthly books closure and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Record-to-Report (R2R)

• Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, fixed assets, and inter-company accounting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and support assessments and audits.

Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and fund requirements.
• Support working capital management and treasury-related activities.
• Ensure effective payment controls and cash forecasting.

Audit & Internal Controls

• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
