Job summary

Wikilabs India in Greater Noida seeks a Chartered Accountant with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead plant finance operations, costing, and MIS reporting. You will manage cost control initiatives and coordinate with operations and supply chain while ensuring compliance with GST, TDS and income tax.

The role involves handling internal/external audits, capex tracking, fixed asset accounting, and helping IPO planning for 2027. SAP ERP exposure is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in plant finance operations and costing.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Exposure to statutory compliances and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant-level finance and accounts operations.
• Prepare and monitor monthly MIS, variance analysis, and cost reports.
• Handle product costing, BOM analysis, and cost control initiatives.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and WIP.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction projects.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with plant operations, production, and supply chain.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Monitor capex tracking and fixed asset accounting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs.
• Assist in the company's IPO plan ahead in 2027.

Experience

• Hands-on experience in factory/plant finance operations
