Job summary

Wikilabs India requires a Chartered Accountant with 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in factory/plant finance operations, based in Bharuch, Gujarat. You will oversee plant finance and accounts, manage costing, inventory, BOM analysis, and MIS, and ensure statutory compliance across GST and income tax.

You will collaborate with production and supply chain teams, support budgets and cost reduction initiatives, and participate in audits while maintaining robust internal controls and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in factory/plant finance operations.
• Exposure to costing, inventory, MIS, and statutory compliances.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant‑level finance and accounts operations.
• Prepare and monitor monthly MIS, variance analysis, and cost reports.
• Handle product costing, BOM analysis, and cost control initiatives.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and WIP.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction projects.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with plant operations, production, and supply chain teams.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Monitor capex tracking and fixed asset accounting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs.
