Job summary

We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive to manage finance, accounting, taxation and statutory compliance activities for our manufacturing plant in Vapi Gujarat.

The role requires CA / CMA qualification or CA / CMA Inter, 1–2 years of experience, and familiarity with GST, TDS, MIS reporting and SAP/AI Cloud. Immediate joiners preferred and occasional travel to Mumbai and Delhi.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA qualified or inter candidates preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and statutory compliance.
• Excellent Excel and MIS reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the plant.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements and reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses and vendor payments.
• Support monthly closing, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, tax and internal audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Work closely with plant operations and management on finance-related matters.
• Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.
