Title : Finance Associate - Delhi (on-site)

Experience : 2-3 Years of experience

Overview : A Successful Finance Associate should be detail-oriented and able to assist the finance manager with day-to-day financial procedures and internal financial controls. They shall be managing financial records, recording, updating, and reviewing financial data for audits and reviews.

Key Activities

• Managing accounting record-keeping systems, and procedures for tracking and reporting, including recommending remedial measures
• Preparing multiple complex and varied financial reports (including ad hoc reports) that require selection, preparation, and interpretation of data using complex data query tools
• Understanding and upkeep of various financial compliances and accounts processes, by liaisoning with the internal team and external finance stakeholders, including accountants, auditors, CA, etc.

Critical Factors for Success

• Candidates with educational or professional experience in finance or commerce, sound financial and accounting concepts understanding and expertise in Tally, PowerPoint and Excel (or willingness to learn rapidly), strong English communication skills
• Education qualification: Minimum graduate with 2-3 years of work experience. 3. Willingness to travel to different locations across India, as required
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment 5. Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised
