Job summary

Skydo is a fast-growing fintech based in Bengaluru, redefining how exporters receive payments. As a Finance Associate, you will own both the operational and strategic side of finance, closing books, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving business planning and governance across multiple entities.

You will help build scalable financial systems that enable Skydo to scale. You will lead month-end closures, manage audits, oversee treasury, and drive pricing analyses, FP&A, and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting, audit, taxation, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and project-management skills.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
• Bonus: Exposure to fintech, cross-border payments, or multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end closures across India and global entities, including cash vs. accrual P&L reconciliation.
• Manage statutory compliances, audits, and financial statement preparation across entities.
• Oversee treasury operations, intercompany reconciliations, settlements, and governance.
• Drive transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and implementation.
• Prepare monthly MIS, segment P&Ls, and variance analyses.
• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and track business performance against targets.
• Prepare board decks and management presentations.
• Conduct financial analyses to support pricing, new products, and strategic decisions.
• Lead cost-optimization initiatives across teams.
• Drive valuation projects (company and ESOP) and manage trademark/IP registrations.
• Build scalable finance processes, controls, and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Support fundraising, financial modeling, and other strategic projects as required.
