Qualifications

  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the confidence to communicate with international stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, reconciliation, and analysis
  • Comfortable working with CRM and enterprise systems such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is advantageous
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and explain what it means in business terms
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Selfmotivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over outputs
  • Prior experience in reporting, operations, analytics, or finance support roles is essential
  • Experience in international or shared services environments is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Investigate discrepancies thoroughly and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve root causes
  • Maintain robust documentation and audit trails for reporting processes
  • Support monthly and periodic reporting cycles with dependable, decision ready data
  • Monitor data quality across systems and proactively highlight risks or inconsistencies
  • Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks, templates, and dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal controls and data governance standards

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Finance function. This is not a routine processing role. It is a precision‑driven position responsible for producing reliable, decision‑grade data outputs that underpin business performance reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves working with large, complex datasets extracted from systems such as Salesforce and internal platforms, validating data integrity, analysing trends, and communicating clear insights to senior stakeholders.

Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, personal ownership, and the discipline to deliver consistently accurate work within strict deadlines. Performance is measured primarily by the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of outputs.

Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams globally, gaining exposure to international business operations within a fast‑growing advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities
