Responsibilities

• Update customer payments against invoices and maintain accurate records.

• Support vendor bill verification and payment processing.
• Assist with bank, customer payment and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Support refunds, payouts, TDS and subscription payments.
• Maintain invoices, bills and finance-related documents.

• Visit banks when required for KYC, document submission/collection and other finance-related work.
• Support the Finance Operations Manager with day-to-day finance activities.

This is primarily a desk-based Finance Operations role. However, occasional local travel is part of the job for finance-related activities such as bank visits, KYC, document submission/collection and other banking requirements. Candidates must be comfortable with these visits.

This role does NOT involve general procurement, laptop/equipment purchasing, office supplies purchasing or regular field work.
