Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services in Mumbai is seeking a finance professional who can manage banking and treasury operations, accounts payable, LC documentation and overseas remittances.

This role requires strong MS Excel skills and experience with Zoho Finance / Zoho Books. You will ensure proper accounting, compliance, audit support and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Operations and Vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Banking & Treasury.
• Experience with GST and TDS compliance.
• Knowledge of LC, BG, SBLC, CC and Term Loans.
• Experience in overseas remittances and forex transactions.
• Excellent MS Excel and ERP/Zoho knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle banking and treasury operations, including CC, BG, SBLC, Term Loan, FD and bank-related matters.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and payment operations.
• Manage LC documentation, lodgement and discrepancy resolution.
• Handle overseas remittances, BOE settlement and overseas vendor outstanding.
• Manage vendor/customer reconciliation, rebates and reimbursement.
• Prepare and monitor daily cash flow, bank reconciliation and fund utilization reports.
• Manage insurance, claims, renewals and related documentation.
• Ensure proper accounting, documentation, compliance and audit support.
• Co-ordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, HR, Banks and Vendors.
• Identify process gaps and strengthen financial controls and SOPs.
