Job summary

Smart Work Consultants is seeking a Finance & Accounts Head to supervise financial operations across a manufacturing unit and multiple retail outlets. The role focuses on costing, inventory management, and multi-location finance to drive profitability and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with hands-on GST, TDS, and ERP familiarity, and proven leadership to mentor teams across locations. This is a leadership role in a fast-growing FMCG/food manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA in Finance preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting and retail finance is required.
• Hands-on GST and multi-location compliance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.
• Drive costing, margin analysis and profitability improvements.
• Oversee inventory and stock control (FIFO, batch tracking, wastage).
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital; supervise retail finance and POS reconciliation.
• Lead and mentor finance team across locations.
