Location: Nashik, India | Employment type: Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and financial operations.
• Prepare P&L, MIS reports, and help management with financial insights.
• Take care of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks when needed.
• Help plan budgets, manage cash flow, and improve processes as we grow.
• Work closely with the Head of Finance and founders to set up efficient systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (manufacturing/startup experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software like Tally.
• Comfortable with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
