Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations using Tally and ERP systems
• Oversee purchase, sales, receivables, and payables accounting
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
• Handle GST compliance including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and documentation
• Manage TDS compliance including deduction, return filing, and reconciliation
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
• Handle vendor and client account reconciliation
• Ensure timely statutory payments and filings
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting
