WTF Gyms is building a scaled, technology-enabled fitness business across multiple locations. We are seeking a Finance Manager to own planning, reporting and control for gyms and business units from Noida office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, controllership or management accounting.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, P&Ls, MIS and cash-flow planning.
• Strong understanding of accounting, reconciliations, internal controls and working capital.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with financial models.
• Proven ability to improve profitability and control costs.
• Strong data-driven communication and business partnering skills.
• Comfortable working full-time from Noida office.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and monthly variance analysis.
• Build gym-wise, city-wise and business-unit P&Ls.
• Prepare monthly MIS covering revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow and operating metrics.
• Identify cost leakages and improve unit economics with leaders.
• Own cash-flow forecasting and working-capital visibility.
• Strengthen financial controls, approvals and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax and audit for timely close and compliance.
• Develop finance staff and provide critical analysis.

WTF Gyms is building a scaled, technology-enabled fitness business across multiple locations. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can bring control, clarity and commercial thinking to a fast-moving operating environment.

ROLE MISSION

Own the financial planning, management reporting and control rhythm for our gyms and business units. You will turn numbers into decisions, strengthen cash and cost discipline, and give leadership a reliable view of performance.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and monthly variance analysis.
• Build and maintain gym-wise, city-wise and business-unit P&Ls.
• Prepare accurate monthly MIS covering revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, collections, payables and key operating metrics.
• Partner with operations and business leaders to identify cost leakages, improve unit economics and track corrective actions.
• Own cash-flow forecasting, working-capital visibility, banking coordination and payment planning.
• Strengthen financial controls, approval matrices, reconciliations and documentation.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax and audit partners for timely close, compliance and audit readiness.
• Build decision models for new gyms, pricing, capex, staffing and other growth initiatives.
• Improve finance processes and dashboards so management has one dependable source of truth.
• Lead and develop finance team members while staying hands-on with critical analysis.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Leadership receives timely, decision-ready MIS and forecasts.
• Gym-level profitability and variance drivers are visible and acted upon.
• Cash, collections, payables and cost commitments are controlled proactively.
• Financial data is reconciled, audit-ready and trusted across teams.
• Finance is seen as a business partner, not only a reporting function.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, controllership or management accounting, including ownership-level responsibility.
• Hands-on experience independently preparing budgets, forecasts, P&Ls, MIS and cash-flow plans.
• Strong understanding of accounting, reconciliations, internal controls and working capital.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial models and management dashboards.
• Evidence of improving profitability, controlling costs or strengthening finance processes.
• Strong communication and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data.
• Comfortable working full-time from our Noida office.

STRONG ADVANTAGE

• CA, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in a multi-location consumer business such as fitness, retail, hospitality, F&B, healthcare or other service operations.
• Experience with Tally or another ERP and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Exposure to capex evaluation, fundraising support or multi-entity finance.
