Guidant Global India is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage client invoicing within a Managed Services Program environment. The role covers supplier transactions in the Vendor Management System, AR cash applications, and timely payment batching to vendors.

You will also update month-end reports, perform aging reconciliations, and resolve issues with the internal sponsor. Training may require aligning to US hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to meet hard weekly deadlines.

The role is primarily responsible for client invoicing for all approved supplier transactions in the system of record (Vendor Management System), Cash Application to AR as well as creating payment batches to pay suppliers, updating month end reporting, resolving client and supplier issues with the internal client sponsor, loading AR and AP transactions to the financial systems, performing aging reconciliations, escalating issues to management, and special projects, as assigned.
