Talentfleet Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a US Accounts Payable expert for Ocellus Consulting. The candidate will analyse AP transactions, manage complex invoice issues, and drive process improvements within a finance outsourcing context.

3+ years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP familiarity are essential to support month-end close, dashboards, and audits. Based in Bengaluru, this full-time role focuses on accuracy and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end AP experience.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of AP controls and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools (SAP S4 HANA).

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for US AP processes.
• Analyse AP transactions, ageing, exceptions and operational trends.
• Review complex invoice and payment issues.
• Perform detailed vendor reconciliations and root-cause analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare AP dashboards, MIS and KPI reports.
• Monitor SLA, accuracy, productivity and ageing metrics.
• Identify recurring process issues and drive corrective actions.
• Support process documentation, SOP creation and periodic updates.
• Conduct quality and control reviews.
• Support internal and client audits by providing required documentation.
• Coordinate with client Finance/AP teams on escalated matters.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and process improvement.
• Support transition of new AP processes from clients to the outsourcing team.
• Provide training and process guidance to the operations team.
