Job summary

Uzaif seeks a highly skilled Finance Admin to support its global finance and ERP-adjacent application portfolio. You will manage system operations, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless integration across our finance technology stack.

The role covers Sage Intacct, Coupa, SAP Concur, and Yooz, with emphasis on data reconciliation, ITSM tools, and secure identity concepts. Strong English communication and 3+ years in application support are required.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Admin to support our global finance and ERP-adjacent application portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage system operations, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless integration across our finance technology stack.

Application Expertise

• Sage Intacct: General ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and user administration.
• Coupa: Procurement workflows, purchase orders, and supplier portal interactions.
• SAP Concur: Expense report management and travel policy configuration.
• Yooz: Invoice capture, OCR processing, and approval routing.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in diagnosing issues via system logs, error messages, and API response codes.
• Experience with data reconciliation using CSV/Excel exports.
• Understanding of integration concepts (API, flat-file, middleware).
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice).
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and identity provider concepts.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or systems administration.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a GCC or shared services environment.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
