Dresscode Uniforms in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations.

You will lead the Accounts team, ensure statutory compliance, and collaborate with production and management on finance-related decisions. A strong background in GST, TDS, costing, and ERP systems is essential.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting including payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS, Cash-flow, and financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and expense control.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Review accounting entries, invoices, and financial documents for accuracy.
• Lead and supervise the Accounts team.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Operations, and Management on finance-related matters.
