Job summary

Axis My India is seeking a Field Supervisor in the NORTH region to lead field force recruitment, oversee on-ground logistics, and ensure timely data collection across districts. Regular regional travel is required and collaboration with Head Office is essential.

You will coach and onboard local staff, conduct door-to-door interviews, drive app downloads, organize camps and health screenings, manage vehicles and equipment kits, and ensure timely execution of field tasks.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel up to 15 days per month.
• Proven experience in operations, recruitment, or event logistics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and execution capabilities.

Position Overview

The Field Supervisor will lead field force recruitment, oversee on-ground logistics, and ensure the successful completion of all assigned data collection tasks. This role involves both direct field execution and team management, requiring regular regional travel.
