Job summary

Axis My India Limited is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead the field force, oversee on-ground logistics, and ensure timely completion of data collection tasks. The role requires regular regional travel and direct field execution with team management.

Based in the West Region, the candidate will work from the office with a disciplined environment and a focus on excellence, while coordinating with Head Office on operations and logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or field logistics.
• Proven leadership and execution capabilities.
• Ability to travel regionally (15 days per month) and manage field activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, coach, train and monitor local field force.
• Conduct door-to-door interviews and drive app downloads.
• Ensure completion of all field tasks on schedule.
• Organize camps, health screenings and product sampling events.
• Manage vehicles and equipment; coordinate with Head Office.
