Job summary

The Human Loops (Pacheriwala Infotech Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Nagpur, on-site, to support Project Managers in daily operations and coordination across teams.

You will help manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely delivery while growing with a global AI operations-focused team. 3–6 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations/Engineering; MBA is advantageous.
• 3–6 years in Operations, Project Coordination, Team Management, BPO, or AI ops.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in daily operations, timelines and targets.
• Coordinate between Team Leads, Field Supervisors, Operations and office teams.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, task completion and performance.
• Conduct regular team follow-ups with clear priorities and accountability.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely escalation or resolution.
• Ensure SOPs, policies and processes are followed.
• Maintain trackers, reports and project documentation.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
• Track delays, risks and resource requirements.
• Support resource planning and allocation based on project needs.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in managing daily operations, team performance, project execution, and coordination between office and field teams. The role requires strong ownership, follow-up, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in managing daily operations, timelines, and project targets.
• Coordinate between Team Leads, Field Supervisors, Operations teams, and office functions.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, task completion, and operational performance.
• Conduct regular team follow-ups and ensure clear priorities and accountability.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Ensure SOPs, company policies, and operational processes are followed.
• Maintain operational trackers, reports, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Team Management, BPO, Logistics, AI Operations, or a related field.
